These PBR Materials have procedural base textures. Base material is created in Substance Designer .All renders done in Marmoset Toolbag.
Texture layers of Procedural Material was assigned as base texture on high poly model ,then was baked to low poly plane inside XNormal .
I baked all texture types ,then also Height ,Normal and Ambient of high poly. Mixing and adjustments of all this textures was also done in Substance Designer.
